Have you ever opened yet another “AI tool” and thought: “Great… but what am I actually supposed to do with this in my real day?”
If yes, you’re exactly the kind of person I had in mind when I started ProdAITools.
My name is Mano. Before I launched this project, I wasn’t trying to “ride the AI wave” or start the next big thing. I was just someone who felt overwhelmed by work, curious about AI, and a bit tired of seeing the same buzzwords everywhere.
The first time I really took AI seriously, it wasn’t because of a headline. It was because, for the first time, a tool actually helped me finish something faster without destroying my brain in the process. That feeling – “oh, this actually makes my life easier” – stayed with me.
From there, I went all in.
I tested tool after tool. Some were incredible. Some were just glossy websites with not much behind them. I broke things, got stuck, restarted, compared, took notes.
Bit by bit, I started to see patterns:
At some point, it became obvious: I couldn’t keep all of this in my own notes forever. That’s when ProdAITools was born.

ProdAITools is not “just another AI tools directory”. It’s my way of answering a simple question:
How can AI help real people work with less stress, fewer repetitive tasks, and more focus on what actually matters?
On the site, you’ll find things like:
I don’t write for “AI experts”. I write for people who have clients, deadlines, families, side projects – and not enough hours.

I’m not doing this alone
Even if ProdAITools started with me, it’s not a one-person universe anymore. Behind the scenes, I work with a small group of people who all bring something different :

We argue (kindly), test, disagree, test again. The goal is always the same: keep things honest and useful.
When you read “we” on the site, it’s not a fake brand voice. It’s a real mix of perspectives trying to make sense of AI for normal humans.
If you spend time on ProdAITools, you’ll mostly see three types of content:
Not just features. Not just pros and cons copied from the homepage. But: “This is where it shines, this is where it’s annoying, this is who should bother using it.”
Things like:
I don’t believe productivity means working 14 hours a day. I believe it means having more space for what matters: your work, yes, but also your health, your family, your ideas.
AI is not magic. It won’t fix a broken schedule or a business model that doesn’t work.
But used with intention, it can:
ProdAITools exists to help you get that version of AI. Not the shiny one in promo videos. The quiet, practical, useful one that runs in the background and gives you some breathing room.
You’re juggling way too many tasks.
You’re curious about AI, but allergic to hype.
You want tools that respect your time, not steal it.
You like the idea of working smarter, but you also live in the real world.
Then you’re in the right place.
You can start by exploring the AI tools library, or by opening one of the guides that feels closest to your current situation.
And if you end up coming back regularly to tweak your workflow, then ProdAITools is already doing what it was meant to do.
Not sure where to begin? Here are a few good places to start exploring ProdAITools:
